Welcome to Punkt Ø

Punkt Ø  is the County gallery for Østfold and operates exhibition venues Gallery F 15 and Momentum kunsthall, the main venues for the Momentum Biennial. In addition Punkt Ø  conducts exhibitions in the municipalities in Østfold through Kunstarena Østfold (Østfold Art Arena).

Gallery F 15 is beautifully located at the Oslo fjord, and Jeløy in Moss. The gallery is a cultural gem  for people from all over eastern Norway. As exhibition space Galleri F 15 is unique with its distinctive blend of old upper-class houses and radical cross-border art.

Momentum art hall is located in the mill town of Moss. The art hall is a former brewery where past industrial buildings have been converted to exhibition spacees.
